Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall workplace occupational health management
- Provide health counseling and healthcare support to employees
- Manage follow-up actions after medical examinations, including care for employees requiring additional attention
- Operate the onsite health center and manage medicines and medical supplies
- Support programs and activities for the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders
- Manage Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
- Support occupational health operations in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Respond to emergencies and provide necessary follow-up actions
Your Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and related regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Official English proficiency score of IM3 or above
- Experience in administrative and general affairs support
- Experience in occupational health management in a manufacturing environment
