您的主要职责

• Responsible for production process/machines optimization to improve efficiency.
• Generation and commissioning of PLC programming for the whole system
• Fully responsible for PLC and third-party equipment/devices software design and commissioning
• Support plant maintenance and service team for machine service
• Machines upgrade both in software related and hardware related
• Support product technology development
• Continuously improve productivity by optimizing machines or production lines CT/downtime/etc
• Training and knowledge sharing

您的任职资格

• 5 years and above Manufacturing experience, familiar with manufacturing technologies and machine PLC Program
• Bachelor and above
• Production process or production line upgrade experience
• Familiarity with Siemens TIA portal,S7-1500 PLC ,motion driver and HMI and with in-depth knowledge of Siemens PLC programming languages ( ST,LAD, FBD ,SCL ,Graph etc.)
• Proficiency in PLC programming (SCL, VBS etc.), able to develop standard or non-standard process
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols ( Profinet , ProfiSafe, profibus，EtherCAT,EthernetIP, TCP/IP, CANopen etc.
