Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer contracts and contractual matters.
· Review customer purchase orders, statements of work, specifications, and contract requirements for accuracy and compliance with quotations and company capabilities.
· Coordinate contract acceptance and ensure customer requirements are communicated to all internal stakeholders.
· Monitor customer portals for RFQs/RFPs and communicate with proposal analyst to ensure a timely response.
· Manage the order entry and contract review process, ensuring all contractual requirements are accurately captured within internal systems.
· Monitor contract performance, delivery schedules, and key milestones, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or delays. Prepare reports on contract status, performance metrics and key deadlines.
· Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure contractual commitments are achieved.
· Process contract modifications, engineering changes, and customer change orders while maintaining accurate documentation.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding contract status, schedules, deliverables, and contractual requirements.
· Resolve contract-related issues in collaboration with internal departments and customers.
· Maintain complete and accurate contract records and correspondence.
· Escalate contractual, schedule, quality, or compliance issues to management when appropriate.
· Support compliance with applicable customer, regulatory, and quality requirements, including aerospace and defense standards where applicable.
· Assist with customer audits, contract reviews, and program meetings as required.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
· 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, customer program management, or a related role in manufacturing or aerospace.
· Experience reviewing customer purchase orders, contract terms and conditions, and technical requirements.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and changing priorities simultaneously.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
· Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
· High degree of professionalism, integrity, and sound business judgment.
· Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments preferred.
· Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or government contracting requirements (FAR/DFARS) is a plus.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
