· Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.

· Establishes daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicates them to employees

· Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

· Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity.

· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.

· Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

· Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques.

· Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and content, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Works alongside with the Production Planner to execute projects in a timely manner

· Ensure that work materials are present when needed and adjusts according to inventory and production needs

· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, additional degree or relevant work experience a plus

· 2-3 years relevant work experience in manufacturing environment

· Prior supervisory experience

· Solid knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices and procedures

· Strong organizational and leadership skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Must possess US Citizenship
