We are looking for a Clothing Merchandise Associate who is responsible for stocking and displaying our impressive merchandise on shelves, assisting in the organization of displays, and providing outstanding customer care to our guests from all over the world! You will have the important role of maintaining the visual presentation at Joplin 44 Petro!

This position is responsible for lending a hand with our unique and healthy ‘grab and go’ food section inside our convenience store that serves millions of travelers each year!

Qualifications:

• Possesses physical strength necessary to unload, lift, and carry heavy boxes
• Basic understanding of internal and external customer service practices
• Exhibits strong organizational skills
• Pays close attention to detail
• Solid communication skills with team members, management, and company vendors
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently at times
• A creative mindset to build a variety of displays that will catch our customers attention!

Responsibilities:

• Unloads and unpacks items and stocks shelves with received inventory
• Working relationship with company vendors- for example Frito Lay and fuel trucks.
• Ability to multi-task, while remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Physical demands: this position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladder
• Take pride in your work area and help keep your workstation neat and orderly.
• Prepare and serve healthy grab and go food items
• Ensuring fuel stations are well stocked with washer fluid, paper towels and squeegee.
