Job Description Summary Receives, maintains and distributes linen goods for specific hospital departments. Works independently with minimal supervision and follows established routines. Provides professional, helpful and respectful customer service. Essential Functions: Retrieves linen from other hospital organizations or FHS campuses when needed. Completes additional tasks posted by Lead Technician once per week. Takes initiative in department to keep area neat, tidy, dust-free and free of clutter. Operates department computer software and hardware, performing accurate inventory transactions and/or maintaining records. Inventories and restocks linen par carts. Receives and distributes linen. Rotates linens to improve cleanliness according to CS procedure.
