Located on the second floor at Freeman Hospital West, we are a fast-paced department that provides exceptional care to patients throughout their surgical journey, from preoperative preparation to post-anesthesia recovery. Our team supports a wide range of surgical and endoscopy procedures offering exposure to diverse specialties and a collaborative, high energy environment. What You’ll Do

Works under the direction of the Director of the Perioperative Services to plan, implement, direct, and coordinate the daily clinical functions of the Robotics program. Ensures that all human and material resources are available and in place to execute a highly efficient and effective Robotics schedule each day. Works closely with anesthesia and the Main OR to maintain maximum efficiency of both schedules. Assist with daily manages CVOR & MOR staff that are involved in robotics. Communicates effectively and professionally with Main OR, CV PAR, OCA, PACU, and Endo teams to positively maximize patient care. Contributes to departmental management strategies throughout the year.

Requirements
Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurses state of residence.
AHA ACLS within 30 days.
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days.
Perioperative RN Competency Day annually by transcript due date.
Skills Lab - CVOR RN/NT annually by transcript due date.
Stroke CEU Hours - 4 per year annually by transcript due date.
