What You'll Do
Provides support to end users in a variety of areas. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors problems or issues to ensure a timely resolution. Relies upon instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Work under immediate supervision.
Requirements
- Degree in IT related field or Trade School.
- Current A+ certification or obtain within 120 days.
- Comptia A+ or Google IT Support Professional Certification within 120 days of hire.
- HP Self Maintainer Certification with 120 days.
