What You'll Do

To provide Utilization Review and Case Management to the Emergency Department population who present with social and or discharge needs which may prevent them from returning to their current environment. Will provide hospital wide Utilization Review and Case Management coverage as needed and time allows.

Preferred Requirements

1.5 years hospital/clinical experience preferred.
