About Us – Process/Recovery

• Located on the second floor at Freeman Hospital West

• We are a fast-paced department that provides exceptional care to patients throughout their surgical journey- from preoperative preparation to post-anesthesia recovery

• Our team supports a wide range of surgical and endoscopy procedures offering exposure to diverse specialties and a collaborative, high energy environment

• We are offer different shift options to accommodate flexible scheduling needs

What You’ll Do
Under The Direction/Supervision Of A Nurse, Provides Basic Nursing Care Needs For Assigned Patients.

Requirements:
•If A Cna License Was Held Prior To Starting Nursing Program, The Employee May Be Considered For A Student Assistant Program.
•Active Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) License.
•Currently Enrolled In Rn Or Lpn Nursing Program And Have Successfully Completed First Semester Of Nursing Courses.
•Aha Bls For Healthcare Providers Within 60 Days.
•Perioperative Nt Competency Day Annually By Transcript Due Date.
