ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsible for analyzing accounts receivable transactions to ensure compliance with internal control and accounting policies and programs. Responsible for the companies external invoicing to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reviewing contract terms to determine AR due dates, escalation, and correspondences.
  • Responsible for processing firm fixed price contract invoices
  • Independently responsible for contacting customers to reconcile bad debt, delinquent accounts and payment terms.
  • Prepares reports to analyze AR activity by program and makes recommendations on solutions involving outstanding balances
  • Maintains EPT’s Job Card records on the S: which acts as our overall source of record of current and historical contractual remaining funding
  • Works closely with the Contract Administrator and Project Management teams in historical research to reconcile contracts
  • Works with customers when question or issues arise related to billings
  • Reconciles independently with shipping and/or contracts when discrepancies arise
  • Additional duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in related area of equivalent
  • Typically requires 3-4 years of experience
  • Ability to apply judgement
  • Analytical skills
  • U.S. Persons
