Requires collaboration and coordination with other functional groups as well as weekly progress updates to communicate status of open action items. Assist cross functional teams in problem investigations. Recommend more efficient and quality-oriented processes in support of continual improvement Provide support to manufacturing including root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions to resolve problems in product manufactured. QA representative at meetings as required. Facilitate customer corrective actions request(CAR) responses. Data mining for trend analysis of defects and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Assist with Annual Internal Audits and Product Process Audits to ensure compliance. Assist in defining and monitoring the quality management system and in developing an organizational culture that stresses quality processes. Perform other assignments as required. Assist in monitoring personnel and processes to ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies and procedures. Update area supervision regarding concerns. Assist and support other special projects and tasks as necessary.
