Job Summary Support continuous improvement projects utilizing lean and six sigma tools. Support cross functional teams to support RCCA activities on CARs and DMRs. Support the design of manufacturing processes, work instructions and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, and material handling. Support the design, test and validation of tooling and fixtures. Support production operations and personnel on technical issues. Support NPI teams with development of manufacturing processes and procedures for new products. Create and update routing information (cycle times, notes, etc.). Train production personnel on the proper use and execution of tools, processes, and procedures. Conduct process audits and time studies. Communicate with vendors, and suppliers on projects on technical issues as required. Other assignments as required.
