Crowder College is seeking a dynamic and student-centered Adjunct CNA Instructor to provide high-quality instruction in healthcare-related courses. This position is ideal for a registered nurse (RN) or experienced healthcare professional who is passionate about workforce development and preparing students for entry-level healthcare careers. Qualifications: • Current RN license or minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BS) in a healthcare-related field • Industry certifications in areas such as Phlebotomy, EKG/ECG Technician, Long-Term Care, Additional Allied Health credentials preferred • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant clinical or long-term care experience • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Pay is $525 per credit hour for adjunct teaching. Industry experience, certifications, or an Associate degree in the subject area are required.
